Our sample delivery time is 3-5 working days, the first order usually takes 15-25 working days.

Ⅷ.What about quality assurance?
We offer a year warranty period beginning from the time of shipment for medical equipment, For permanent problems, we can provide free spare parts for replacements, For serious problems, we can make replacements at a free charge. But suppose the machine is damaged due to rough handling during the transportation. In that case, we are free of any responsibility, but we will still provide help to the buyer to issue claims against the shipping company or insurance company, thus all the spare parts or expenses should be borne by the buyer.
